Great little budget inn. Owners were very nice and obviously work very hard to make their little in a nice place to stay. Not a worn out crackhouse. A nice motor inn.

Very friendly folks who went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay possible at a very reasonable price. Room was very clean and well-equipped and good-sized. Just an overall charming, quaint environment with excellent service. We plan to be regulars here whenever we pass through on our trip to Tennessee.

Nicest people in the world. No frill. Close to Cracker Barrel and Walmart. Off 75. Best sleep I had in some time.

Very reasonable price.

Perfect for passing through.

Does need work but they are trying.

I would have given 0 stars but, that isn't an option....My boys and their families were stranded in Berea in a snowstorm! These people would not allow them to stay because they live within 50 miles!! They tried to reason with the desk clerk who didn't bother to brush his hair or stop scratch himself, that they were stranded, that you can't see to drive or that they have a sick baby ,a 3 year old, a pregnant lady and that they are cold and exhausted!...What's wrong with people now a days!.....I repeatedly try to call this place but wasn't able to get through. Relatively clean place to sleep, and honestly some of the nicest receptionists/managers ever. There's a small breakfast in the morning
