We provide financial reports on a regular basis; such as rent rolls, profit/loss statements, general expense ledgers, check registers, etc. Property Managers also have to know what the competitive rates are in the particular area the property is located.

For individuals who prefer a hands off investment with minimal participation, we provide general partnerships with management in place. Rather than purchasing a property individually, you can pool your funds with other like-minded investors into a larger investment, with more attractive returns and minimize your risk at the same time.

If a property meets the above criteria, we start with a letter of intent, move on to a purchase agreement, and then on to closing. A closing under normal circumstances usually takes place 90 days after full execution of the purchase agreement. Please feel confident that your property will be treated confidentially, and we will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any information.
