Had a terrible experience with the technician not being completely honest, they were 3 hours late, and a lot of miscommunication happening. Called the office and spoke to the manager 2 weeks ago and still have no resolution . Had to hire someone else to do the job honestly and professionally. Very disappointed.

Very responsive. Quick service. The technician listened to my description of the problem and focused directly on appropriate troubleshooting diagnostic methods. Got right to the problem and had the supplies necessary to fix it right there in the same visit. Price was reasonable. No complaints and very happy!

We use Tri-Star for both of our offices and could not be happier. They continue to go out of their way to make sure our buildings are properly maintained as well as quick to respond when there is any issue. The service techs are friendly and very knowledgeable! They are also a local family owned businesses. I highly recommend Tri-Star!!!
