HyVal Industries, Inc. was incorporated in May of 1978 by founder and President William P. Tinder, LCDR, USN Ret. with partner and Vice President Alice P. Bailey. After the passing of Mr. Tinder in 2006, the eldest son, William B. Tinder, assumed control of the business until his passing in 2007. Upon his passing, the youngest son, Brian D. Tinder became President and owner of HyVal.

To help ensure compliance with these standards HyVal has an extensive Quality Management System which is audited every year internally, and every 24 months by an outside party. What this means is that HyVal has policies and procedures in place to ensure that our customers get the highest quality of service available in the industry.

Sent a Clark forklift mast cylinder to be overhauled, installed and it leaked. Rob at Hyval tried to say that someone unscrewed the packing nut, and cross threaded it. No one touched it, it is stored inside and on camera. Removed cylinder second time and took back to be rebuilt again. They called and said it was tested, and had no leaks, so I picked it up and tried installed again. I was having problems, they came out and had to order more parts to finish installing the cylinder. Leaked again. Hyval came out but did nothing to the cylinder. Hyval will not respond to me or my customer who I installed
