I ordered an urn with a case for a soccer ball and paid 2 day shipping. Because of supply chain issues it did not arrive in 2 days. When it did arrive, they not only got the copy on the plaque wrong but they sent us a football case not a soccer case. The new urn did not arrive in time for my brother's funeral and they made us send the old urn back.
This was a very painful time for my family and they didn't even offer a refund on the 2 day shipping costs.

Susan answered all questions and picked up the phone even on Sunday. After I placed an order, I wanted to pick it up to save time, David had it ready within 2 days. I purchased the companion urn so that we could scatter the ashes together for my parents. The company was very helpful in getting the memorial label prepared and completed for the urn; they even allowed me to add additional text at the last minute!! We put the complete ashes for my mother and my father (2 separate bags) in the companion urn as described in the instructions. We had a boat operator take us 3 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico near Cedar Key, FL. I carefully placed the urn horizontally on the surface of the water; the conditions were a bit choppy. The urn floated beautifully for 30 seconds

My dad passed away suddenly and donated his body to science, so there was really no rush on the urn since the ashes will come when they are done. I received the urn within the 7-10 free shipping promise. The urn is beautiful and the accent is nicer than the picture. If you're not in a rush for a funeral, I highly recommend.

I wanted to find a hearts for my daughter's ashes to place in my grandsons' (age 15 & 12) Teddy Bears, per the older's request. I had not read reviews prior to ordering and was a bit concerned when I did. They arrived yesterday and I AM SO PLEASED! They are lovlier than I had imagined and perfect.
Telephone communication was easy and service & delivery was exactly as promised.

I am not one to ruffle up feathers, but my experience with this company has made me extremely upset. When speaking to the sales rep when placing my order for an urn, I informed her that my brother was a fairly large individual, 350 lbs 5'7, so I asked if the wood urn would be suitable for all of his ashes. She informed me that it would. Of course, with her line of expertise, I trusted her input and customized a beautiful urn, which upon arrival, was beautiful. But...

Poor customer service - Marine logo came off the urn right out of the box and them emblem has scratches and glue residue on it. I called for replacement of the urn and stated we were on a deadline for the funeral service -she understood I would be out of the office where the urn was until after the holiday and she NEVER stated the replacement would not be sent out without the proof being emailed.
When I called back today it was a different story and stated no replacements are sent without "photographic evidence".
We had to fix it ourselves. I spoke with Jade...she

This is a great company. When I had a question, they replied to my email within hours. When I ordered my items, I received them in two days flat, and I’m not even in the USA where the company is! My order was perfect, and the products were too, even better in reality than what the pictures depicted. Also, excellent prices compared to my local funeral homes that wanted $1700 for an urn. The cost of shipping and handling was steep, but all in all, I saved a good $1200 by ordering on line. I am very pleased with my shopping experience with In The Light Urns.

Ordering online was easy and the engraving came with our urn. We were contacted about a possible complication however it was resolved the next day and we got exactly what we ordered without having to settle for something else and we’re glad we did! Our urn was the baby girl wrapped in angle wings on top of a wooden box with gold engraving on the front. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect! The engraving is well done and it doesn’t look like a cheap keepsake you would get from a chain store. It’s actually a little bigger than I expected and how it looks on the pictures which is also a plus

My 4 month old passed away on sat. We ordered his bear urn and 2 urn pendants 3 day shipping in time for his remains. We were so happy with our order and excited to receive his urns to place him in. Yesterday I received the order and they sent us the wrong urn and one of the pendants had a chip on the top. I spent nearly $300.00 on these items and paid for shipping in time for his arrival. NOW we can't use the bear because it's the wrong one and we're not using a chipped pendant that we paid for. I called the company they seemed careless they said they would ship out the right order

After our father passed away we were looking at smaller urns as the family wanted to share his ashes. We looked on line and found In t"The Light Urns, Inc.". I had a great experience, I found the perfect resting spot in a custom urn for my dad that suddenly passed. I also ordered two necklaces that were perfect. They sent out a sample picture to ensure everything was spelled properly, the font, the picture etc. It looks perfect and my dad I know would love it. My necklaces came in and were beautiful as well, pricing compared to what you would get at a funeral home is good, especially for a custom urn. Just a few things I would let folks know is that if you are in Canada you will have to pay duties which was an additional $70 but I expected that. Also

My brother recently passed and it was a devastating loss for my entire family. I decided to order 7 of the photo pendant heart urns for my family and I. I purchased a tube for spreading ashes. I expected it to be better quality. Ultra thin aluminum tube with a slide on cap. Cap doesn't even screw on to prevent accidental spills. I'll have to tape it closed while traveling with it.
The engraving is nice and it was delivered on time, it's just disappointingly cheap. I'm guessing I paid $35 for a $5 item.

Don't waste your time or money. I ordered an urn June 7th and was contacted 3 weeks later to tell me that they did not have it in stock (when I was supposed to be receiving it.) they said it would take 3-4 weeks to get it in stock. I asked to have my money refunded THAT SAME DAY. Two days later I received an email that my order was shipped and they couldn't refund my money. That was 3 weeks ago. The tracking says a label was created but the item has not been picked up. I have written emails with no response and am upset that during a difficult time someone would scam me. Horrible horrible

I ordered the Urn on June 8th. This is the only Urn i didn't order from Amazon. What a mistake, all the other urns came within 3 days, even those which were engraved. This company took so long to get my order, and I have no idea why. June 26th it is finally delivered. When I spoke with customer service, they were extremely rude. Now the urn has arrived, and it looks terrible. The color has swirl marks on it, like it was cleaned with a brillo pad. The plaque that they engraved is terrible quality and cheap material.
