Asphalt is made from aggregate and a binding agent called bitumen, which is a dark, sticky substance obtained from crude oil. Hot asphalt is poured atop another layer of heavy aggregate and pressed with a steamroller. Once the asphalt cools, it's durable enough to handle heavy vehicle traffic. But, like everything else in life, asphalt ages; oxidization, freeze and thaw cycles and traffic weight all take their toll.
Newling Asphalt Services can install a new driveway or parking area for your home or business, as well as install township and other small roads. We repair and maintain existing asphalt surfaces and offer gravel hauling services. As always, we offer free, no-obligation estimates on all our work.
