I tried to comminicate to complete this transaction ! Email . Phone call . Facebook . Website.no answer till a week later i got a bill for something i never received . The hotel pulled security cameras to show no delivery which i was billed ! I was embarrased as this was a gift amd i was extemely put off ! Who does this ?

I only gave one point because there isn’t a way to give a zero. They charged us over $100 for a delivery they never made. They insisted they did so we had the Manager at The Marriott Mountainside review their camera and no such delivery was ever made. They still charged my card one week after the failed delivery and multiple calls to dispute of which they never answered. They would only communicate via email and lie. BUYER BEWARE!!

Unreliable and don't apologize for non-performance. We ordered on Dec. 15, 2021 for delivery on Dec. 16, 2021 via their website. Groceries never came on Dec. 16. When I called the next day (Dec. 17) they said they "might" be able to deliver 2 days after we had originally requested (Dec. 18). If you want reliable service in Deer Valley go to store2doorpc.com.

We used Grocery Girls twice during our stay in Park City and highly recommend them! We had a fairly extensive and complicated grocery list for when we first checked into our condo and when we got there, everything we had requested was there - and nicely organized in our refrigerator and counter. Near the end of our stay we wanted a few more items and they were able to get everything again in less than 24 hours and left it at our door. They were even able to fulfill our last minute addition of a few things we had forgotten! It made such a difference in allowing us more time to enjoy our trip!

I am updating my review for the Grocery Girls because they were VERY prompt and concerned regarding my negative experience. The polite representative listened to my grips, asked how they can improve, admitted where they went wrong with the charges, and then offered to refund some of the charges.

I have been bringing my daughter to Park City since she was 3. Now she is 16. Several of those years we would take a bus or taxi to the grocery store and make our way back to the Hotel. It was a stressful project.
Once we discovered Grocery Girls, our trips have been greatly improved. They are extremely professional, and everything arrives very neatly packaged. They can even stock your fridge before you arrive, which we have done a few times. If you want to save time and hassle when your goal is to relax and have fun, I strongly recommend giving them a try.

I actually have to resend my previous praises, as it was prior to my receiving my final invoice. Even though I read through the fees section prior to placing the order, I am shocked and horrified at the charges (service fee, shopping fee, covid fee). It is so sad to be taken advantage of in such a way. If this service was actually affordable we would have used this almost daily. I will state exactly these opinions as well as a copy of our invoice in all of my reviews. Although this service is convenient, it is clearly not affordable for the average family who decides

The groceries arrived as promised and much earlier than expected. So I am pleased about that. There were a few issues that I am concerned about. First, my errors. I did not do a complete check on exit on my order and consequently many items were omitted. When I called and asked what might have happened the girl on the phone stated that they are updating their software and that might have contributed to the omitted items. They did offer to complete the order of course that would include another delivery charge! Ummm if you know you have some software glitches then I do not think asking the customer

We used Grocery Girls for a recent trip to Park City. Unfortunately, we arrived later in the evening and the hotel would not allow them to deliver until the next morning, after we were already on the slopes. Because of this, we had to purchase an unanticipated meal (for 11 people so it was a significant hit on the budget).
One grocery item was substituted with an item I didn't need. Not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
However, I was very disappointed with the alcohol order. I ordered specific wines on the wine list from specific vineyards and they were substituted

For our latest visit to Park City, we had Grocery Girls stock our condo prior to arrival, what a great convenience. The website was very easy to use and ordering was a breeze. There were a few items that were not the brands we'd ordered, but the substitutions were just fine, and I realize not all the same brands are offered from state to state. Before finding Grocery Girls I always felt like, as wife and mom, I had chores to do upon arrival while the rest of the family gets to hit the mountain as soon as we arrive. Give it a shot, you won't be sorry you did!

I ordered groceries from grocery girls. The groceries did arrive as promised and they delivered directly to the condo. It was great to arrive after our flight and have everything in the fridge.
There were a few hiccups: our frozen items were placed on the counter (not in the freezer). Not a huge deal, but they did sit on the counter for several hours. It was kind of odd because other items that didn't necessarily need to be refrigerated (soda, water, etc) were placed in the fridge.
We also noticed that we were missing one item (a bottle of wine) and there was no receipt, invoice or anything

We used The Grocery Girls to shop for and deliver groceries to our condo while we were in Park City, Utah. They bought everything we ordered for the best price available. It was well worth the service charge! I would recommend using this service. So nice to check into a place on vacation and have a stocked kitchen!

We just back from our ski vacation in Park City Utah. We stayed at the wonderful Miners Club and they recommended a grocery service, Thegrocerygirls.com. They were absolutely wonderful. We never rent a car and use car services to get around or the resorts shuttles. So we like to have a grocery service do all our shopping and stock our unit prior to our arrival. This service is so worth it, just not to have to spend vacation time shopping and lugging groceries. They do all your shopping, liquor and wine too, and when you arrive at your unit your refrigerator is neatly stocked and your shopping

This service started our trip out right! The order process was easy, good website. It allowed me to think about my list and add to it after checking with the group. It was so nice to arrive to the stocked kitchen after travelling. We needed a few more things during our stay and they were delivered the next day while we were out skiing. I would definitely use the Grocery Girls again.

Excellent grocery list on their website. Excellent communication by the staff. It was also appreciated that they took the initiative and made substitutions when a requested item was out. The service isn't inexpensive but when factoring in everything for someone on a brief visit, it is a bargain. When I am back in PC, I'll use them again.

The Grocery Girls will go to the grocery store (AND liquor store) for you before you arrive. You walk into your condo and find your fridge and cupboards stocked with all the items you asked them to purchase for you. Wow! I've used their services for several years and honestly I wish I could take them home with me! Thanks, Girls!
