Yes, this program is for everyone and anyone! I have injuries. Can you modify the training? Yes, what is unique about our program is that every exercise we do, we can modify.

Amazing ,motivational place to get in shape Thomas will push you! He does not sugar coat it you will work hard, it will pay off if you are willing to make the change! Work hard in class and outside of class meaning what you put in your mouth . There is no magic pill, there is no magic shake just a lot of hard work. Amazing support system and motivated people to help you. The Saturday class is fantastic ! Jeanette is Fantastic 👏 👌 🙌 . HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was a person that had never actually worked out before so when I started bootcamp with Jess I was kind of intimidated due to my own lack of exercise, but then I tried it out and I just feel so much more confident overall and it has changed my whole perspective on working out and being fit! Thomas the instructor is amazing and is personable and gets to know you and is just great with his attitude! I would definitely recommend coming here even if you are a newbie it’s the best experience I have had so far and I plan on continuing my journey with bootcamp with Jess.

I've been doing bootcamp for 8 years. I started when I was 60 years old- you're never too old to start. During that time I've lost my weight, increase my muscle mass and have more energy than ever. Jess "saved" my life by helping me get my butt in shape. Literally and figuratively.

I’ve been going here since 2016 and I love it! It’s a great combination of strength training and cardio in one class. Plus the classes are small and the facility is very clean.

I have been to BootCamp with Jess 3 times and it is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend!! You get an amazing workout, a fun, awesome environment, and Jess pushes you to the limit! As a physician in the community, I try to be a good example of health and practice the very things I preach to my patients. Jess and company have helped me accomplish this. Since August 2019, I've lost 10 lbs, gained 5lbs of muscle, and had my body fat % drop from 25 to 20. I appreciate that Instructor Thomas focuses on good body mechanics, proper form, balanced weight and cardio training, and clean eating. He pushes me harder than I could ever do myself. His routines are constantly changing, challenging, and adaptable to people of all fitness levels. He makes it fun, is constantly encouraging
