We're a restaurant, after all, so we want you and your taste buds to leave feeling happy. We put deep thought into the dishes we serve, offering meals that are both authentic and original. Our chef, Ja-Ae, grew up with this food. For her, cooking is not just the combination of ingredients and heat, but the combination of memory, family, and culture.

Have you ever started eating a dish you ordered only to be hard pressed to taste one of the ingredients on the menu? It's sort of how it feels when you go to your kid's soccer game, only to see them sitting on the bench the entire time. That won't happen at Chang Thai Durango. Eat here, and you won't see garlic sitting in the dugout for nine innings, or coconut milk waiting on the sidelines.
You can choose tofu, vegetable, or tofu-veg mix as your choice of protein with any curry, noodle dish, or stir-fry. All curries are gluten free. Noodle dishes and stir-fry dishes are cooked with soy sauce, so by default they contain gluten. However, any of these dishes can be made with gluten free soy upon request.
