I'm Craig Dewhurst, your Good Neighbor and local State Farm Agent for over 20 years. I grew up in the Jacksonville area, am a current resident of World Golf Village in Saint Augustine, and love to give back to my community. I currently serve as a business partner for several St. Johns County schools and local youth sports, and serve on the St. Johns County Traffic Safety Team.
I am also a proud Alumni of Florida State University and serve on the Seminole Boosters National Board. Before becoming a State Farm Insurance agent, I worked for State Farm in Catastrophe Operations, where I saw firsthand State Farm's desire and ability to help people when they needed it the most.

I have been win State Farm for years now for all my auto and home needs. I have never had a problem with any claims. If I need to talk to someone about my rates or any concerns I get someone as soon as I dial. I am not waiting on hold for hours like other so called "Discount" insurance companies. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this office. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They have taken care of me from day one; from road side assistance, to claims, and even payments and cancellations. Every situation was seamless because of the knowledge provided by the staff. Shout out to Zee, Margie, Lauren and Lindsay ! You guys always answered the phone and took care of whatever it was I needed.

I am one, beyond satisfied, customer and am very grateful I decided to join this team as a client. Brian D is my advisor and let me tell you, he is a GEM at this agency. My car had water leaking into it from the windshield and the problem had started before I was with State Farm. In fact, I had no idea there was a problem until two years later. The windshield had been replaced back in May of 2019 and they did not seal it properly. Whenever it would rain, water would run in from the driver side and sit under the floorboard. I was not aware because I wear shoes to drive and I just thought the mold

I recently purchased my first new home and did an exuberant amount of research into the best home owners insurance and State Farm definitely ranked #1 compared to its competitors!. My agent, Lauren Adams, was so knowledgable and quoted me with a policy that she herself has on her own home and gave me options for keeping, increasing or removing what I wanted and there was absolutely no pressure and she was very honest and patient with me while I compared her coverage with other, even answering questions I had about another providers coverage. An extra bonus was all the money that I saved bundling

I am with State Farm for all my insurance needs for the past 45 years. I have auto and home owner's insurance now, but in the past I had State Farm cover all my rental real estate properties too. What I like the best about State Farm is when you file a claim, it's handled in a professional manner and mostly covered except the deductible. Lauren Adams of this office provides exceptional service and quick response to my needs. I am extremely pleased with this Agent, thought I did not have any major claims in the past ten years. Their premiums are very competitive too.
