When for three solid days you are unable to view your account online - even with the assistance of personnel - that is a problem. Although Sylvia and Rick are amazingly nice people, the technology used for UMFCU is either aged, inferior, or compromised. Either way, not being able to use online services is a problem.

We have been members of the United Methodist Federal Credit Union for about ten years. They have provided excellent service to us. Although it is on-line banking, when we need to reach someone, they return our calls promptly. We have a checking account,, a savings account, and a loan for a vehicle. We are very happy.

I have 3 Brothers 2 Sisters three nephews and 5 cousins that are all ministers of the First United Methodist Church I am going to tell them today what happened to me with my experience with the First Credit Union and I will tell everybody not to come to this Credit Union horrible horrible service horrible people do not use this Credit Union even if you are a member of the Methodist Church like me and my family please do not open an account with this Credit Union go to Credit Union of Southern California or School's First Credit Union please do not open an account with this Credit Union
