Septic tank pumping is what we specialize in. A service call includes tank location, dirt removal (if necessary) and septic tank pumping. Our technicians strive to complete the job with the least amount of inconvenience to the homeowner. We can schedule the job based on your availability or in the event of an emergency.
Where are my septic tanks located? Septic tank location can vary; usually if you locate the sewer line exiting the house, the tank or tanks are within 10 to 20 feet. Tanks are approximately 8 feet long by 5 feet wide and each tank has a cover. The cover is located at the end of the tank. If you choose not to uncover the tank or tanks, a skilled technician will locate them with either a probe or electronic transmitter.

Scheduled an appointment to pump both tanks and have risers installed. Took the day off work to be here for arrival between 10:30-11:30. Never showed. Wife called them and the person that took the call remembered every detail of the conversation they had previously, but no recollection of the appointment. Half an hour later, she calls my wife back and says yeah we can do it next Wednesday. Pass. Nearly $2000 for risers and pumping tanks seems excessive, and I cannot abide this poor customer service. Why make appointments if you're not going to show up? If the risers are missing and "being delivered

Had our septic pumped - John was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable after shopping it around. Next day service, even ahead of schedule. Definitely a job you don't want screwed up, so hiring a company that's been doing it for 40 years turned out to be the right call.

Excellent company! They saved me from a weekend without plumbing! Water started running into my basement Thursday night, then had a rooter company out Friday morning who told me my septic tank was full. I just bought the house on foreclosure a month ago, and had no idea where my septic tank was located on the property and the county had no records on my house, either.
