Thank you for your interest in River Valley Home Inspection. I am a born and raised Wisconsinite from the La Crosse area. As a family man myself, I understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments that a family can make. With this in mind, I understand the long-lasting effects of purchasing a home and bear this in mind with each home inspection.
During the in-depth residential home inspection, I will do a visual evaluation of the property's readily accessible areas. Even if the roof is too steeply pitched or too tall to safely access, as an F.A.A. certified commercial drone pilot, I will use a camera-equipped Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) to inspect it.
During the inspection high-quality photographs are taken and integrated into the report, making it easy to understand any issues or concerns that are located. Our reports are formatted to be easy to read and understand, and are broken down into individual sections, such as Interior, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, and so on.

Very professional and terrific communication throughout the whole process. Signing documents, paying, and then viewing the report all on an easy to use, well designed website was very nice.

We had them inspect a home we planned on purchasing. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected it and found many things that were not right and needed to be fixed that we did not see. Dave also took the time to explain his findings and sent us a detailed report and pictures. David was great! We allowed him to inspect for awhile before we arrived. He told us any issues he found, any obstacles he has to maneuver around to inspect, and answered our questions. He did a great job explaining everything "Barney Style" to make sure we understood items that we found. We will definitely use him again and refer to everyone we know for any inspections or investigating possible issues.
