Servpro is a professional company and their employees are professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. They came in and evaluated the damaged areas and sent in a team to remove the damaged areas setup drying equipment and removed the waste/trash. They kept us informed every step of the way and were always on time to appointments to check on the moisture. We can't say enough good about the company and it's employees. I highly recommend them.

I bought a new (to me) home and wanted the duct work cleaned out since I was unsure of the service history of the home. The guys were friendly and informative. They explained the process, told me what cleaning products they were using. During the process they updated me on what they were seeing and the next steps. He sat down with me and showed me before and after photos. They answered all my questions and were super nice and professional

I would give them more stars if I could. I called Anniston ServPro two days after our house was badly damaged by a tornado. They had someone sent our way immediately. They were extremely clear and communicative during the entire process, which was very much appreciated and extremely comforting after a very stressful experience. They were prompt, professional and efficient going over and above what was required. I can't say enough good things about Chris, Chris, Anthony and Dylan.
