We interviewed five solar installers from the Tri-Cities, Ellensburg and Seattle and quickly decided upon Hot Solar Solutions. Troy and Kristi know their business and were very thorough helping us navigate the technical aspects of our solar array and the paperwork for obtaining incentives from the local PUD and Washington state. Of all the parties involved in the solar system (Hot Solar, the county, the state), Hot Solar was always leading the way in terms of schedule, i.e., we might be waiting on an application approval or meter installation from the local PUD but there was no waiting on Hot Solar

Hot Solar Solutions did everything promised and over achieved their promise. The crew came on time, and obviously enjoyed their work and respected both the customers property and their supervisor. They took pride in their workmanship and left the job site cleaner than when they found it. The entire job was completed in one day. The panels look great on the roof. My first month bill from Benton County PUD for our electrical usage was $0.57. Yes, .57 cents!!!

After researching for a year and a half I decided to buy my system from Hot Solar. Working with Troy has been informative and a real pleasure all along the way. The financing was a breeze and the installation went smooth and efficient.
I tend to be a skeptic and very critical of most things (according to my wife lol) but I have been very happy with Hot Solar. Ive been so happy with them that I have referred 4 of my friends who are also very happy with their systems!
I have seen a massive drop in my electric bill (over 2/3) which more than makes up for the payment. Needless to say I am very happy
