Just waited over an hour and a half outside for a return cab in the freezing cold...it’s every time with these people, and the dispatcher lady is disrespectful and always gives attitude. Never using them again...

Don't ever listen to a bad comment !!! They go above and beyond to help there customer!! Details on how I can say this I am critical ill and they don't have to help bring in my groceries and supplies ETC 😁!!! Second they always work around the needs of myself !!! I hope that S&G is in business for years to come !!! Thank you

Honestly I loved s&g.i loved the drivers.they are awesome.however the dispatcher had issues with not picking people up on time. I called and complained and he hung up on me and didn't pick up for the pickup that day.was very upset because honestly have used them for years and had to switch to a diff taxi provider.so I dont want to rate a one

They drop us off two times in Saratoga for a 10 min appt. Said they'll wait and left us there. Had to wait 2 hrs to b picked back up. And this happened twice. Definitely has to b a better service out here.

Awful . Worst service ive experienced . Dispatcher lies about pick up times . Said they would wait for my 20 minute appointment . then said theyd be there in 30 minutes . 2 hours later they finally decided to show up . Cab smelled like smoke and cat urine .

Not a reliable medical transport com. never on time. they send out text message and say they will be here and at a set time and 45 min today they never show up. i really wish my medical insurace use a different company

Don't pay their employees overtime and fail to mention it upon hire. Once i demanded my overtime two weeks later I no longer had employment
