If you are self-motivated for education and growth, the general sessions may be a good introduction to hypnosis for you. These are click, pay, and listen options. These are examples of scripted hypnosis sessions, different than interactive personalized sessions. Please make sure to use the restroom, then find a quiet comfortable spot to sit or lay down.
Interactive work is my very favorite kind of Hypnosis to do! Interactive Hypnosis is an umbrella term of the client and Hypnotist communicating throughout the session(s) to find answers. It can include a variety of techniques including Emotional Energy Clearing (Enhanced Energy Communication), Current Life and/or Past Life Regressions, etc.
