Most of our food is made from scratch on premise. We receive several food and supply deliveries per week which allows us flexibility to handle events on short notice and to provide the freshest ingredients. Many of the ingredients we use are locally produced. We have become part of the green movement by introducing biodegradable dishes and silverware for our drop off service.
Presently, Gaylord Catering Service continues to enjoy a steady growth. This is due to the efforts of our entire staff. Through these efforts, we have become Madison's and Southern Wisconsin's oldest and most reputable caterer. We have won several Best of Madison Awards. In 2008, we were voted gold Best of Madison by Madison Magazine.

Services
These menus are suggestions only. Our catering staff would be pleased to customize a menu to meet your needs. If you or your guests have special dietary requirements (gluten, dairy free, vegan, etc.), we will try to accommodate all requests as best as we can. Special diet requests will need to be ordered ahead of time.
Includes house or Caesar salad, choice of starch/potato, choice of vegetable, rolls and butter and coffee station. Coffee service at each table is available upon request. We will put carafes of ice water on each table. Buffet dinners include a house or Caesar salad, choice of three complimentary items, rolls and butter and coffee station.
These menus are suggestions only. If you do not see what you need, we are always happy to customize a special menu for you. We can accommodate most special menu requests such as gluten free or vegetarian. Creamy white gravy with sausage and black pepper served over a flaky fresh baked biscuit (can be made vegetarian with a white bean gravy). Scrambled eggs OR Denver scramble (scrambled eggs with ham, peppers, onions and cheese) OR Egg Strata (hash browns, eggs and cheese - choice of meat or vegetable) OR Quiche (choice of Lorraine {ham and Swiss}, bacon and cheddar, all vegetable or roasted red pepper and feta).
Children age 11 and over will be charged the listed price. Children ages 4 to 10 will be charged $7.00 each. Children 3 and under will not be charged, however, you will need to count them in your final number of guests. All prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be determined by your final guaranteed number of billable guests (not including children who are under three and are free).

They really knocked our food service out of the park. It was truly the most amazing food I've ever had at a wedding and being that it was my own, I was adamant about the quality being key. I don't want to diminish the fact that if I were at a restaurant and ate this food I would be extremely satisfied.
I still keep receiving unprompted feedback stating that this was the best food my guests have EVER had at a wedding. Thanks for making my day so great and my guests' palates satiated!
