Solangel is a mother of four who always brought a smile to her children's faces with her baking. What started as a hobby became her passion and she soon began to train under renowned pastry chefs and cake decorators. Solangel's vision and passion led to founding Sweet Joy Creations along with her youngest daughter with the goal of using the art of baking to celebrate those moments we just can't let ourselves forget.
Solangel Angelica is an artist with a sweet tooth who would always bake with her mother as a little girl. She now shares her skills and passion for art as lead cake designer and decorator alongside her mom. She has an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, and a Masters in Art Education from Florida International University.
