They agreed to work on my old Honda mopeds, and told me to bring them in a month after calling due to backlog. Showed up the day I was told to drop them off and they claimed I wasn’t on their schedule. After having them for over a month I got them back - one running about the same and the other with front wheel still not fixed and now a major… electrical issue. Talked with shop after getting the bikes back - they were not interested in trying to figure out either problem and wouldn’t even prioritize the bike if I brought it back in. Not bothering to take them back.

I brought my new Road King in to have it lowered (front forks and rear shocks). Mike, their Harley tech, ordered the necessary parts right away, and had my bike in and finished the day after the parts arrived (within a week of my first visit). I've been waiting a month for slip ons from the Harley dealer (and still waiting). Mike saved me around $80 on rear lowering brackets as he had a set available from another bike. He also adjusted my handlebars to reduce my reach. The final cost was way less than what Harley dealer quoted me without adjusting handlebars! Mike also treated me with respect as

Fast and great service. Team was very helpful and polite. Lots of years of experience working on variety of motorcycles... I called for tire change on my Honda shadow and was told to bring it in as soon as possible. When I got here they immediately attended to me and my service. Also gave my bike a look over to see if any other issues. Definitely coming back here again, that's for sure

Very helpful folks, I was looking for something simple like a master link chain. Normally they don’t stock up on that stuff yet the man over the counter ran into the shop just to double check to see if there was one lying around. Came back with one and sent me on my way, wouldn’t accept any money since it was so simple. I’ll definitely come back with a bigger job for them to make up for it!
