Services
Super Stars will focus on strength, flexibility, safety, and basic skills all based on USAG guidelines. Gymnasts will receive instruction on vault, bars, beam, and floor. The girls in this class are expected to watch, listen, and follow instructions to master basic gymnastics skills and body shapes.
Beginning tumbling classes is instruction only on the floor apparatus. Beginning tumbling teaches skills such as cartwheels, round offs, walkovers and handsprings. In order to achieve tumbling skills, the gymnast must develop flexibility, coordination, muscle memory, and strength. Training aids such as rope climbs, leg lifts, hoola hoops, jump ropes and blocks, tumble track and foam pit aid in development of these qualities.
We are excited to have Extreme Precision Cheer join our team! This Prep Division competitive team is coached by Lenea Walker and assisted by Molly Allison and Lizzie Hastings. These coaches believe that the sport of cheerleading has something to offer for every athlete. They will encourage them to delight in celebrating each other's accomplishments, challenge them to be courageous, and teach them to be resilient when facing adversity.
In addition to our Junior Olympic Team Program, we also offer the Xcel Program. What's the difference? The Xcel program is a path for gymnasts of all levels who wish to improve their skills and compete in a fun, stress-free environment. Unlike many other sports such as baseball or soccer, Junior Olympic gymnastics, the traditional training program for competitive gymnasts, requires years of training before the athlete can start competing.
For many years, Precision Gymnastics has had a very strong Junior Olympic Women's Artistic Gymnastics Competitive Team Program. The program is governed by USA Gymnastics and run by our Head Coach Sergei Tereshenko. The Junior Olympic program consists of levels 1-10, level 1 being the introductory level and emphasizes the importance of having a solid foundation of basic skills.

Been looking gymnastics for my girls. My youngest went for the first time and we absolutely love it! The staff and coaches are friendly, and make you feel like you are part of the family. Can’t wait for my other two to start.
