While working as a catastrophe adjuster in the insurance industry, Reggie recognized an urgent need for honesty and professionalism in the roofing industry. I regretted the thought of replacing my roof and procrastinated far too long. Elite made the process so easy for me. They worked with an almost non-responsive insurance company and negotiated the claim to replace my roof correctly. They gave me regular updates and communicated with me even when not much had happened. We selected the materials, and they arrived a day early. We were given a date for the work to be done and a well-trained team of workers showed up early and worked hard all day. One person came back the next day and finished everything up.
