Do NOT trust this place with a bleach job. the stylist did such an atrocious job i had to fix it myself! my hair came out super brassy and orange in some parts even though i wanted platinum and looked like they didn't even touch it in other areas, it was a huge mess. they straight up lied about what they could do for me to get me in there. worst salon experience i've ever had. it's also located in a really sketchy part of town

I'm here in town for an extended period of time and really needed a trim. Nikki did a fantastic job shaping up my layers and took extra time to trim some more when I asked her too. Great cut and super cute salon. I would go back if I am ever in town again.

Tara was fabulous! She got me in right away and even stayed past closing to finish my hair. Although she could have rushed, she still took her time to make sure it was done right which was highly appreciated! My hair turned out to be everything and more and for that I’m thankful for her and the time she took on me to make it happen. Highly recommend Tara!!!!

Went in for a bayalage and to fix my undercut. It had been a while since I went to a salon due to COVID and it had begun to grow out. I showed Nikki the picture of the color I wanted, a very light blonde. I paid a significant amount of money, which I understand might be because my hair is very thick and more product was needed. With the amount of money I spent, I would expect my hair to be amazing. However, my blonde is now very brassy and my husband keeps telling me how bad of a job they did. It has to be bad for my husband to notice lol. She also didn't cut the sides of my undercut. I would not

Overall great experience! Sarah was very professional, listened to exactly what I wanted, and explained everything she was going to do to make it happen. The end result is beautiful natural highlights that look better than I could have ever imagined! 10/10 recommend!

I am so happy that I found this salon! Sarah was so sweet and you could tell that she truly has a passion for hair , which not many stylist have. She did my hair the exact way I like it and she also introduced some great products that she has at the salon that I'm starting to use now. My hair feels so healthy now and I'm very thankful!

First things first: Sarah is an extremely talented colorist. She's lifted my hair from a level 2 to a 10 many times, all while preserving the integrity of my hair. I'm not an easy color job, either, but she goes into every appointment confidently and the experience is always a great one. I look forward to all of my appointments and spending time in the salon.
The atmosphere in Salon One is beautiful, and Sarah always makes me feel right at home. I would highly recommend Sarah and Salon One to anyone I know. Sarah is the only person I trust with my hair.
