ECL Events also poorly manages Somewhere Nowhere, a sub-par rooftop experience in NYC.
My table was canceled less than 2 hours before my reservation, without an apology. The company lied and said the rooftop was undergoing renovations...on a Saturday night. Checked Instagram and the venue was fully functional. They canceled my table for no reason and offered no apology or concession.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy any tickets through ECL events. I've been trying to get a refund for, hold your breath, over 4 years now for tickets they never fulfilled the terms of. Every year, I play a game to see if they'll give in - they acknowledge it, apologize, and then pass me off to someone for the refund. Still no refund.
