Went to purchase a piece of property through Pamela Collins for full asking price, I had the funds ready to go and had earnest money sent by the date when they wanted it and they called last night and sold it to someone else after we already had an agreement. Very rude and unprofessional. I definately will not be using them in the future. Please save yourself the headache and find a good real estate team!

We found several issues with the property that should have been caught by our Realtor and inspectors. I found the listing myself after letting my Realtor know what we were looking for. We were not provided the information regarding upcoming road work and I did all of the heavy lifting calling the city to ensure the property would accompany our… needs. The inspector (provided by our realtor) missed a plug in our water heater causing it to blow up, thankfully not hurting anyone in the process, and needed to be replaced. The water softener was a rental and the company required us to pay them

We… all know the market is HAWTTTT 🔥
And well, do you file your taxes yourself? Build a house yourself? Pour your own concrete? Probably not (if you do, that’s great for you) but realistically a lot of us leave it to the experts!
Same goes with buying an selling a house, yes the realtors get paid but guess what, ITS THEIR JOB! Want less stress, be protected, organized

Worst experience ever with a Realitor!! I would NEVER EVER recommend CJ Randazzo and he wasn’t even our Realitor!! Gave us a 15 minute notice to want to show our home then low balled us on an offer and to make it worse he couldn’t even get all his paperwork in on time so we could close on our scheduled date! Oh and not to mention he didn’t know how to do his paperwork correctly that our Realitor had to fix it for him numerous times!

Can't recommend Edina realty. as a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions and ran into problems immediately after the sale. I was essentially told it's not Edina Realty's problem and I was offered zero help. Susan melby only cares about her paycheck as soon as she gets your money she does not care. I don't understand how a company can get… thousands and thousands of dollars, and a real estate agent be compensated thousands of dollars, to then dismiss the customer the second the ink is dry. there's so many good independent real estate places there's no reason whatsoever for people

This is a review about an Agent that works for Edina Realty. Nouk Haschka. I have spent 2 months looking for a home to rent in Bloomington. I finally found a great home and submitted my application, Met with Nouk and was VERY open and HONEST with her about my situation. In today's market renting is just as competitive as buying!! I saw the house on a Wednesday at Noon. I thought I hit it off with Nouk, I was there for an hour, filled out the application gave her a check and had all my documents with me. I was told she would let me know as soon as she hears back from another family. Thursday
