The furnace in my home was not performing properly. I have used Service Experts multiple times in the past and had them install my furnace a few years ago. I had signed a service agreement for the furnace and air conditioner, with that in mind, I called them to find out the problem. The service technician and told me what the problem was - a clogged heat sensor. I am glad that I had it done recently, right before the cold weather really starts. Always a great job being performed! Highly recommend them for service!

Dylan is the best service expert we have ever received!! He was timely, professional, and respectful. I asked about replacing our humidifer (which a previous service expert had 'fixed' but resulted in water just continuously running), he gave me a price quote. But he then took extra time to double check it and found a solution that did not involve replacing the unit. He then called to verify the replacement part was available, and came back after his last appointment to replace the part and ensure our humidifer was functional!

I needed someone to come take a peek at my furnace before the winter season and was very satisfied with my experience with Golden Seal Service Experts. Ceasar was very professional and thorough, and explained in detail every component he was examining. He was able to answer all the questions I had about maintaining my system, and gave me advice on what to keep an eye on. He even called my thermostat support company to troubleshoot a delay in my thermostats calibration process! I couldn't be more satisfied with Caesar's work!

This company completely took advantage of my older parents. They talked them out of using a home warranty that they had on a home they just purchased and purchase a whole new system with them which they are charging triple what they should pay. Told them they could pay over 10 years.
Just awful to take advantage of elders that don't know any better.
