I have a Schubert helmet, and headset installation on those is difficult. Since I was doing some traveling, I made arrangements and dropped my helmet off on Thursday and picked it up on Monday. Pete was great to talk with and very knowledgeable. My helmet was ready as promised,, the installation was nice and clean, and a quick test when I got home sounded great! I've used J&M products since I bought my first Wing in 86, but this is my first direct contact with them. Talk to Pete, he'll take care of you!

I’ll change the review it was not all his fault but his company did install the system that was on it or you have to have it cranked for the right front speaker to work one of the speakers is blown he said he would replace all four speakers I will give him five stars as long as he gives me my warranty since all the speakers were installed by him previous years

Over the last few years I have bought a total of three amplifier & speaker combinations for three different Harley's that I have owned. Anytime you have a question their technical support team is glad to help you. One time when I was having a problem with a system I had purchased over a year before, they gave me a free upgrade. Instead of repairing my 500 W amplifier they switched it out with a 630w amplifier. Then the Harley Davison antenna that I had purchased from Harley was not giving their system the justice it deserved. They switched out the Harley antenna with a J & M antenna

I have the rokker system for a 2014 Harley Ultra Classic. I purchased from J&M because of the demo i received at the DC Bike show. I recently upgraded my 630W amp and 4 speaker rokker system to the 800W amp. I have had a few bumps on the way with my rokker system. But the technical staff has provided me telephonic support and worked to iron out the issues. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I know that there is always something that may perform better. I think I have found one of the top contenders in the amp/speaker market. I would recommend this system.

I was looking to replace my stock Harley speakers because they were blown. I went to J&M and talked with Pete. He was knowledgeable on the products and prices and worked with me on getting speakers at price that suited me. Pete was able to talk to the technician and get my speakers installed the the same day and only took about four hours. After the install was done I was blown away at how loud these speakers were. I hooked up my phone through bluetooth and blasted my music the whole way home. Even with a decent cross wind, I could still hear every instrument and vocal from the songs playing through

I recently bought an amp and speakers from J&M Corporation, the amp has issues, after taking my faring apart serveral times, checking connections, taking it to them, getting it back same problem, now I'm being told my speakers may be bad, however everything works fine without the amp. I called back and asked if I can get another amp, guy tells me it's a ten year old amp they don't have anymore. They never said that online when I ordered it two months ago. He tells me they have to tear it all apart, every component he said, and check it. It will take several weeks. I spent over $500 for the speakers

This company really stands behind its' products. We stopped by on our way through town and they were able to quickly locate and fix a problem in our headset. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, we are back to communicating clear as day with our J&M wired system. We love their products and now have experienced their superb customer service. I have had JM ROKKER audio on my 2015 Harley Road Glide since April 2017 and have yet to have an issue. Just recently I decided to add two more speakers to my already four speaker set-up. I did a little research and spoke with one of the technicians who recommended sending my radio in for their flash and switch out the green band wires for no green band wires. Fast forward to receiving my radio and installing everything........ Got a set of speakers and a amp. One speaker was blown and the tweeters don't match. The guy I talked to wouldn't send me one speaker until I sent the bad one back. I explained I didn't want to have my bike apart for two weeks because my brand new speaker didn't work. I said I'll package the whole unit( speakers and amp) up and return it as defective and the arrogant guy said perfect. I asked him if he thought that was good customer service and he said yes. I will never do business with them. I did say I was going to give them a bad review and he said OK. I will be going with another brand.

I ordered a helmet that they advertised in an ad for a discounted price and never received it. I called and talked to Peter( rep) who said the order was canceled because the ad was wrong. When I bought up they had accepted the money he said that was a mistake and canceled the order. Very rude and deceptive practices. Avoid this retailer

Read all the previous reviews and it seems to me all customers needing good customer service needs to speak with Pete. We were on an extended vacation this summer when my husband's head set static could not be eliminated. Since we were 7 hours from Tucson, we drove down to purchase new helmets and new bluetooth communication systems. Explained to Pete what we had (a J&M product) what we wanted and why. Pete checked our bike, our current system and found the problem. We did not have the intercom system on the Goldwing set properly and the cords we had were fine. I needed a new helmet

I currently do and have been receiving emails from theses folks thanking me for registering a product. I get one to three a week. The only problem is that I have not purchased anything. When reviewing the situation with their techies they say they have no idea why. If I was CEO I think I'd get me a new group of techies. Such incompetence does not put much faith in whether or not they are going to support their products and how well????

J&M suggested direct cycle parts to install my stereo system on my ultra as one of their trained and authorized installers. After directcycleparts damaged my stereo on my ultra direct cycle parts offered no assistance nor would they help in any way to deal with the problem. I felt that they were not standing behind their product nor the people they had installing them.

I have been guilty many times of not writing reviews after I received extraordinary service. I have recently attempted to remedy my past practice, which brings me to describe great service I received. Somehow I screwed up the J&M 787 Headset installed inside my Arai helmet. Of course the mishap occurred on a Thursday afternoon prior to an important scheduled motorcycle trip the following Tuesday. I'll post the facts objectively and you can decide if you'd want to do business here, as I may be off base. I ordered a wired helmet. Product arrived fast but was wrong size and not what I ordered. I called them to have them ship correct size. Problem was that I had trip planned and needed in 3 days. They said they could get me a Saturday delivery which met my needs but without any mention of added cost for expedited shipment, which I assumed was being offered to remedy their mistake.
