One Extremely Sorry A$$ business they. Fix things that don’t need it and. Charge 30% on top of over priced parts and treat you like your a criminal especially family that works there and employees. Witnessed it myself owner talk to grown employees like they were dogs and expect them to perform ….i couldn’t believe it and felt sorry for all the employees…. I’ll never refer or bring my truck there agin. I’ll go to carroll truck repair and send anything or anyone there from now on ….. STEER CLEAR OR THE CROOKS THERE …….Go to Dealership or CARROLL TRUCK REPAIR!!!!

Been to this shop couple time we are a trucking company out of IL and for some reason I always break down close to Mikes in AL this was my 4th time in this shop and I am nothing but amazed at how professional and friendly these guys are man especially Jerrel got my truck done in a reasonable amount of time and didn't charge me nothing outrages like most of these shops like to do. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing by they know how to fix a semi truck man I am telling ya !!

Worst mechanic shop I've dealt with in 23 years. These reviews must been written by themselves and there staff. Overcharged me for deleting my truck. It was literally over $5000 the going rate just down the road in GA is $3200 only to make it about 68 miles before drating when it was supposedly deleted. brought back and told my motor was trash. The mechanics are young overworked and obviously don't car about YOUR TRUCK!!!!!

Literally failed a inspection for brakes not even 2 hours after getting my brakes done at there shop. Told they were out of adjustment. When I called to complain I was told they would not compensate me even though my score goes up and so does my insurance and was told to drive all the way back down and pay for fuel so they can adjust them what a joke

This place was sent from THE HEAVENS....attitudes A1...understanding A1...service A1...mechanical work A1....fast and efficient and went the extra mile to find the part for my truck....a/c compressor was on back order for a year from freightliner...they found the part and did the job fast....not only fast but good and fast....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've used these guys for 15 years. There service went down hill 8 years ago so I stopped using them. Don't waste your money you will just lose your truck. Gave them another shot 5 months ago and all the mechanics look like crack heads and don't care about you at all. When I complained about there service I was told they got plenty of business and they do and that might truck was a piece LOL so take it to someone that don't and cares about you instead of turning and burning through your truck. They must just want trucks with warranties and take them for a ride or something

I am an owner operator for a big car haul company. Working on a car hauler is not always an easy job. I have used these guys in the past and will continue to use them if I am in need of repairs when I am in the area. They have always gotten me right in and have always fixed the problem in a reasonable time and price. Steven worked on my truck this last time and he earned his money, but got me going

Brought my truck to get it fixed. They charged me over $12k and didn’t even do the job right. Took the truck to another shop in another state and they told me they took out all the filters and sold them and messed up the one box. Fraud service and overcharged me!

We had an unexpected major travel trailer break down recently. Mike’s took our camper in and got us out with a new axle the next day! They were knowledgeable, experienced and honest in their evaluation. We have full confidence in their workmanship as we continue our cross country trip.
