Services
On-premise jewelry repairs are preformed by our master jeweler. All repairs, from ring sizings and chain repairs to custom setting and design work receive the same attention to quality and service. We also offer pearl and bead restringing. For any additional repairs, we suggest you contact an authorized retailer or the service department for your watch directly.
Our diamond specialists, accredited by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), work with each client to provide the perfect diamond for each individual need and preference. For first time diamond buyers, we begin with an overview of diamonds so that every customer is an educated buyer. We then work with you to tailor a selection of diamonds to fit your specific criteria.

From start to finish, Meghan went above and beyond helping us design a ring that was exactly what I dreamed of. They made my engagement ring and my wedding band to match! The Tropiano family was so great every step of the way. Started by helping my husband create a custom setting for a family diamond that was pasted down to me. And then when it came to the wedding band they made it custom to match! Even though we live in Maryland now I'll still go to them with all my jewelry needs!
