We had maintenance work done n Cam did thorough n complete diagnostic check up on complete unit. He went over the results n showed me read out, answered my questions n made some suggestions even down to type of air filter moving forward.

6/2020 Sorry didn't see this option sooner. We had a wonderful experience with this great company. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. Came out to our home and shared the options that they had to offer. We needed a whole new system. AC / Furnace. Charlie came very professional. Cam and sorry can't remember the other team mate. Everyone very courteous and thorough. It was a big job and a long one for them. They did a wonderful install and we can't be more pleased. Thanks for for all you do and we will be using you for years to come.

I called Assurance Aire based on recommendation from a friend. Their customer service was second to none. We were not existing customers but called for help when our a/c unit quit running when we were in high 90 degree temperatures. Their repairman was at our house within 2 hours. The repairman told us he could do a temporary fix to buy us some time but eventually we would need to replace our system. Unfortunately the temporary fix did not work and within 24 to 36 hours Assurance ordered and installed our new system. During the time our system was down, they provided us with 2 portable air
