I have worked with Universal Capital on multiple projects in the past and have always had a great experience. Their process is very easy and they have a knowledgeable team. Brutal, stay away from this company in every aspect of hard money landing.
You can tell, since they ask you for your social security #.
They apparently don't know 😉the difference between bank loan and hard cash loan.
It's nice to have a client with credit score over 800 points &
$2mill in his bank accoun so, you can land him at 14% & 3 points. Who wouldn't land him the money?
Well, ladies and gents these clients are virtual in this world for hard money borrowing.
Why? because there is all the banks out there fishing for them. Banks land to these clients at 3-4 % & 0 points.
