Located in the heart of North Raleigh, Falls Neuropsychology and Psychotherapy Associates, PLLC, is a group of knowledgeable and caring professionals providing a full range of mental health services. We specialize in evaluating and treating individuals with neurological and other medical challenges and have many years of experience in working with these populations.
We also routinely evaluate and treat a wide variety of emotional and psychiatric difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment problems. Our staff has expertise in treating these areas throughout the lifespan. We provide services to child, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.

Services
The Falls Neuropsychology office continues to offer telehealth intake, evaluation feedback, and individual psychotherapy sessions. Neuropsychological testing sessions are conducted in the office, with both the neuropsychologist and patient wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. We have developed protocols to minimize any risk of infection to our patients, their families, and our staff.
Denise Bundick, LCSW earned her undergraduate degree from St. John's University in 1987. She then earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work and has practiced psychotherapy for over twenty years working with a diverse clientele. She has presented extensively at regional and national meetings of case managers, rehabilitation nurses, and other diverse brain injury professionals.
Dr. Bundick earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1986. He went on to earn a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology at Old Dominion University (1991) and a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology from Drexel University (1996). He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.
Falls Neuropsychology offers individual psychotherapy services for children, teens, and adults of all ages. At Falls Neuropsychology, we will take the time to learn from you about the challenges and struggles you face. We understand that every person's experience is unique. We approach therapy empathically, while at the same time valuing empirically supported treatments.
Clinical neuropsychology is a specialty area within clinical psychology. Neuropsychologists study how problems with brain functioning affect people's cognitive abilities, emotions, and behavior. Brain injuries and diseases can disrupt concentration, learning and memory, speed of thinking and responding, language, spatial abilities, and problem solving.
