The only worthy care here are the therapists: PT, OT, and ST.... they alone would get five stars. But, this facility is much more than just therapy...it is someone's life, their home, for the time they are there. We realize the therapy is the primary reason why one goes. However, one would should think the doc care, the nurse care, the food, and the admin service should be correspondingly good to great. It was far from it.
We choose this establishment for my mom after a stroke. It was grossly disappointing.
Nurse care was unattentive...for example, on multiple occasions she would need to

Great place if you're in a hurry for your inheritance.

The nurses will make sure to ignore late night calls for aid, because like who cares. Not administer medicines listed because those cost money and stuff. Or under-administer those.

Great place all around if your intent is to just get down to the estate lawsuits with your siblings. Take a person from a 6/10 to a 2/10 in less than a week.

If I could give a negative review I would. They treat their patients as slabs of conscious meat. Nothing more.

Staff 5+ star rating.
Rehab patient room seriously need attention. My room was so hot; I was told"yes this room is above furnace." Missing drawer front and stained ceiling tiles...not good.
The fact there are no personal showers in rooms for this place is completely unacceptable. This alone brings rating down two stars. CNAs and PTs amazing. Nurses need some education. House MD less than stellar.
