I have been so impressed with Matt Orr’s State Farm office! Megan St.Clair is beyond helpful and truly wants to make sure you are a happy customer. She helped us through some improvements we had to have on our house and kept me posted of the updates. I know I drover her crazy asking every day if she had heard anything. She never once got rattled and made sure I always knew what was going on. She is my go to person with any questions on our home and car insurance. I highly recommend this State Farm office and especially Megan!

Hands down the best insurance office in LaGrange. Old school customer service that you don’t find often in today’s world! The staff is thorough and is always professional and courteous, even if you call them after hours, they’re always happy to assist. If you have any insurance questions at all, they have the answers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone, and I often do!

I’ve been a customer of Matt Orr’s agency for about 12 years now. Around 10 years ago our house caught fire. Matt was on the sidewalk with us while the fire department was still on scene. He even brought a check for an advance on the policy because he knew we lost everything and would needs clothes and basic items to survive. The whole process was as painless as it could have been given the circumstances and our home was rebuilt within 4 months. We received nothing but professionalism and compassion from everyone at State Farm. I’ll continue to be a customer as long as Matt is in business
