They just did a crown of my back bottom teeth which with insurance and my portion cost me more than 900 dollars less than a year later having pain in the same two teeth and guess what they said..."We need to do another root canal and to redo the crown. " Money money money. . . Have you ever noticed Dentist never take the blame for doing a job that didn't hold up a year and now say hey pay us more and we will "try" to fix it again. Oh by the way your insurance is maxed out so this will all be out of pocket. Terrible!!!!

This dental clinic have a very unprofessional Admin team. I applied for a position on a dental job site and I was contacted by a staff member named Audrey. We scheduled an interview for Wednesday at 9:30am. I called Wednesday at 8am to let her know I was having issues with my car and will like to reschedule for sometime in the afternoon. A staff member by the name of Ashley answered the phone and placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. I decided to send an email to the email address on their job posting. I never received a call back from Audrey so I went about my day trying to get my car issues

Extraction satisfaction!
I had a chipped molar that started to fall apart, and was lucky enough to find Southern Charm Dental. Dr. Patel and her entire staff were awesome. I didn’t really know what to expect, but I was in and out in just over an hour, with the broken tooth removed. It was so painless, I will have my other cracked tooth pulled by them when I get a chance.

Dr. Patel and the entire team are excellent. My husband and I found Southern Charm after moving from another country and began searching a dentist for my root canal treatment. As we were not familiar with the area we found her researching the reviews on google. She exceeded our expectations. We’ve visited her since 2019 and also during the pandemic. They have fully equipped staff and follow Covid guidelines. She and her staff make us very comfortable every time. Always listened to us and answered patiently. My two root canals and couple of fillings were treated by her and I’ve never experience

I was extremely pleased with my visit here! Clean, professional, comfortable, and AMAZING doctors!!!! The front staff are on point and have such a bubbly attitude and personality. Southern Charm Dental is a great office for dental work. I was a first time patient. They follow strict Covid guidelines to ensure public safety. Dr. Patel and her staff are also great. Everyone in the office was nice and calming. They eased my stress and anxiety of dental work and did a great job on my procedures. I have found my regular dentist and I'm sure if you see Dr. Patel you will as well.

The front office needs major work. Walked in to an appointment that was confirmed but they didn’t have me on the schedule. My final payment numbers kept changing which made me uncomfortable. But what mattered the most was excellent. Amazing team took care of my cleaning and X-rays and I felt very comfortable.

Very accommodating and patient staff. Both Dr. Patel and Dr. Nguyen are great. I was scheduled for a complete exam with noted pain under my crown. After the exams and X-rays, they recommended treatment and were able to fit me in for an urgent procedure to fix my issue.
I was looking for a new general dentist and I believe I have found one.

Ever since they switch staff they haven’t been the same. They get a 3 star because doctor Patal is great but the staff messed up on my billing countless of times. Not to mention I bought a night guard months ago and didn’t get a case. I call up there a couple of time to see if any came in. Nothing. I honestly could have bought it online and got better service.
