This morning Tony Sousa performed my annual maintenance for the Heating components of my HVAC. I found Tony as courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and worked thoroughly to assure my HVAC was performing to spec. You should consider him a great asset. He provided a verbal summary of the service performed before he left.

Falite does a phenomenal job- had Trevor out to install a new heat exchanger for a tenant today. They showed up on time, got in and got it done. Working with Falite means it gets done right the first time. Techs are highly skilled, amiable, and professional.
