Terrible customer service !
I hate to be the Cuban American who only speaks English that’s says this, but this is the one place that will reject you service if you don’t speak Spanish! I’ve been looked over, turned away, and told I can’t place a to go order since I don’t speak Spanish. Ironically, this is America. This is a Spanish business yes, opperating out of a country where the primary language is English.
It’s this type of discrimination from my own Cuban people that makes me not even want to try to speak Spanish.
Good food. Terrible work ethics and even worse customer service

The Cuban sandwich was good. The dessert we got was also very good. Biggest complaints were around the apparent need to speak Spanish to communicate. I have very unadventurous kids, so I ordered them the kids chicken strips from the online menu (had to point to it because they definitely didn’t know what I was talking about); we didn’t check the box before we left and when we got to where we were going, we realized we had some sort of skirt steak, maybe… The chicken sandwich was also a bit dry.

Food is average. Went in there for a simple Cuban pastry and they only had 1 so decided to wait for it only to have the cashier charge multiple people before me when I was ready to pay long before. Got tired of waiting after 30minutes. Very rude customer service, I was just being ignored. Went here as a last resort and just ended up disappointed. As for the food ? The other place by winn Dixie is much better tasting this place is a bit too greasy and it feels like they reuse their oil.

Stopped in because I really needed coffee and will use any excuse for cafe con leche while I'm in Florida. The coffee was terrific and the coconut pastry from the nice selection they offered was delicious. Elder offspring was jazzed that they had Diet Jupina in the cooler, so we left happy. Great prices and definitely the real thing.

I went to Floridita for breakfast, it's a small store front with four tables. It seems the locals use it mostly for takeout orders. I ordered the scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, this is a breakfast special that's served with Cuban toast and a small coffee, it was under $5.00. The food portion was large and it was freshly made. There are a lot of men in the area waiting to be picked up by local contractors so the place is very busy. While I was there they were starting to put out the hot meals for lunch (around 9:00am). They also have a small selection of pastries.

This Cuban bakery has pretty authentic Cuban food and breakfast sandwiches, but I like the most is the bread. The only drawback is that they are very disorganized. When you order be very clear on exactly what you want. The Cuban coffee is one of my favorite. The bakery is always very busy and this part of town mask wearing is not enforced, crazy!!

Ordered some pizzas and spaghetti for pick up. They told us it would be 25 minutes. After 30 mins we went to pick it up and was told by the rude staff that they had told us it would be over 30 minutes. Came back after another 20 minutes and was greeted with the same bad attitude. The food was "alright" at best. The spaghetti was cold and the cheese on top was not melted, we weren't told if this was on purpose or not, but we needed to melt the cheese. The pizza was not as authentic as we had hoped.(we are Cubans, born and raised). The ham was just tossed on top. Overall, the staff

Nice bakery in the Golden gate area. They sell and bake all sorts of different pastries. They also sell food from fish, oxtail, chicken breast, and all sorts of shredded meats, served with white rice, moro (Black rice), sweet plantain, or yuca. You can either dine in or take out. Most of the girls only speak Spanish but they understand what you'd like if you're pointing. I'm only speaking from my experience, but overall this is a nice bakery with great service

Huge portions. Ordered steak w/ chimichurri and it comes with two sides. We got 1) rice and beans (or white rice) and 2) Yucca stewed with onions (or fried plantains). Oh so good. $12.99. Large enough for two to share.
The media noche was so delish as well.
Cafe con leche large ($2.50, 16oz) is rich and already sweetened.
Tight seating. No bathrooms. Large display of empanadas, desserts and baked goodies that we will try next time.
