First i should of known to cancel my services when they couldn’t even get the pool guy to even come it took like a month because they were supposedly backed up understandable because of hurricane Michael ok so when the pool guy came he did a great job informed me that he would have to come every week to keep maintaining the pool up ok cool then a month goes by i didn’t hear anything about the bill or anything so I’m like ok maybe they are still catching up Nooo they completely forgot to put me the system smh so now I’m thinking about to get this huge bill because they didn’t put me in

Cracks and breaks in concrete just weeks after pool was installed. Owner covered and fixed one of several breaks although he did not want. I understand all concrete cracks and theres no warranty for that. This was not the case, the pool was washing out in the same spots before the cracks and breaks. The owner was advised and backfilled with dirt I bought and paid for. I learned aome valuable lessons about the pool Industry and how they operate. Keep in mind I am not the type of person to look for imperfections nor a stickler, he should have fixed the cracks and breaks period. They were not normal
