Really bad in some spots. Middleton proposed an elastomeric coating for the existing roof, but we had to wait until Spring when it warmed up before it could be applied.

Arrow Roofing has been so professional and helpful. They have repaired 2 leak issues, and came out quickly when I had an urgent request related to a leak into my basement. Charlie and Santos are both great. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I was offered Arrow Roofing as one of the companies my insurance has worked with in the past. I did engage them for a proposal for a new roof. They worked collaboratively with my claims adjuster, got me scheduled quickly and completed work as promised on schedule. I hired Arrow Roofing to fix my roof. From start to finish they were very professional. Their sales staff answered all of the questions promptly. When they came out to inspect my roof I watched and they did a thorough job. They gave me an estimate and estimated time to get the project finished. They ended up finishing the roof faster than quoted. I will definitely be hiring Arrow Roofing the next time my roof needs a repair.

We are so happy we went with Arrow Roofing, they are quick to respond and helped us with our insurance claim! We were able to get a full re roof and their crew had it done in one day. The cleanup was impeccable, you wouldn't even know they were there. I'm so please with how easy this process was, I definitely recommend Arrow Roofing!

Arrow Roofing took excellent care of us on two roofing jobs. Charlie, gave us a prompt and professional estimates on a complete tear off and re-roof and a roof tie-in on a house addition, all in between his nationwide galavanting. He's an amazing Roofer Hero! Arrows crew swarmed the job sites, completing each job expertly and promptly without leaving a trace of debris.

Arrow Roofing is a top notch company ! I highly recommend them!! They are small family run business and take things very personally. In my experience they did warrant work on my home even past the two year labor warranty deadline. You can tell they take pride in their work past or present. Would not recommend! Poor response time and lack of communication. After an on site inspection was performed for a full shingle roof replacement and I received an estimate which I signed, they called me 1-2 days later saying the price would be significantly more due to them not being able to repair the patio portion of the roof which was metal. I feel this is bad business because I provided them a copy of the insurance papers which had dimensions as well as descriptions of the different parts of the roof requiring replacement, they saw the roof in person, and then provided me with an estimate

I can't say enough about Charlie Ponter at Arrow Roofing! He has provided the best customer service I've ever received! Not only did he handle every aspect of the project from start to finish but I had a beautiful new roof in one day!!! He evaluated the roof, found I had hail damage, and gave me insight into filing a claim with my homeowners insurance co. Then he met the adjuster at my house, had the ladder up for her and they both looked at the roof together. The claim was approved and he handled all the rest of the paperwork and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward!!!
