A Step Above Shoes

Nice shop. Grabbed a business card and baby ruth out the bucket. Friendly staff and beautiful white fluffy dog greeted me when I walked in. Lol had a stylish bandana on!

looking for . Location, Selection, Customer service, All done first class.

This place is horrible DOOO NOOOOT buy shoes there !!!!cheap shoes the owner and the employee have horrible manners and disgusting customer service we put shoes on hold and gave deposit for 100$ Came back the next day to purchase and they would not give back the 100$ deposit THEY ACTUALLY STOLE!!!!

My daughter got some shoes with her own money that broke in LESS THAN A WEEK! They were even more expensive at the shop that the rest of the shoes of that brand online, and they apear to have been from years ago. When we went to find a solution the employe was very rude and did not want to help us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE!!

WOW !!! what amazing shoes ... Incredible selection .I am extremely particular about shoes - they have to be fabulous look and feel incredible . I do not know about you but I REFUSE to wear uncomfortable shoes !!! The sales person found something which would compliment my outfit and make me like amazing and not kill my feet !!!!!
I had an event I needed to attend and I went searching for shoes, the sales people were amazing !!! They immediately asked me what I was looking for and found an unbelievable shoe that matched my dress perfectly. !!! I would not shop anywhere else . I love ASTEPABOVE

I enjoyed shopping there. I have narrow feet, and although they don't carry narrows (most stores don't anymore), the salesperson had lots of patience and brought out lots of shoes that would work. I purchased several pairs and I am very happy.

FAVE store for shoes in the South Florida area. They have the best selection of styles that are different from what everyone else is carrying! Def come here if you want to stand out.

I was looking for shoes for a gown and unfortunately went to this store. I showed the owner/manager who waited on me a photo of the dress and told her I wear Cole Hahn's so don't shop there but needed special dress shoes. She was very talkative and showed me a pewter color shoe I tried on but didn't seem to be a great match. I said I would keep looking as I had a week before I needed them but she told me to buy them and if I found a better match I had 30 days to return them. When I found better shoes two days later [the pewter was a terrible match], I went back to return her shoes

This store appears to have a nice selection when you walk by the window. However when you go in it is another story. They never seem to have the shoe you want available. They follow you around the store as if they are afraid you might take something. The prices are high. The things they have in their sale area are from years ago. You get better prices and selection at the mall. The owner is not particularly helpful. Avoid this store.
