Very unprofessional staff.
If I could give zero stars I would.
Tom that helps with glasses was very rude! Then he goes in back and talks to other staff and I could here everything.
I agree with other comments that once they get your money and sell their glasses then don’t come back to get any repairs done because they don’t have time for you.
Will not be coming back here and hope other people find some other place.

Eye examination is of great quality. However, the service of purchasing glasses or warranty work is horrendous. Three times in a row they dropped the ball. The last two orders, before today, they never contacted me when the order arrived. What business makes no attempt to deliver a product you order? Not a call or email...
Today they just confirmed they didn’t place the order from a month ago. A little bummed. I’m going somewhere else next time

(Pseudo name) My exam for contact lenses took over 1.5 hours only to end up NOT getting my contacts. I was told they couldn't look up my insurance information and I was never issued a group ID card. I went back to work and asked for an ID card. I was told they don't issue ID cards because the providers can just call (or look it up online) to verify the information. At this point, in order for me to get contacts I will have to go back to my past eye doctor because they never had problems verifying my insurance information. The two stars are for the person I initially saw and for the eye doctor.

Dr. Edwards and her staff are wonderful. Was there today and sorry to hear that she is retiring. We've been with her since she started her practice in DeForest. Happy that she can retire and travel. Always a good experience and we get excellent eye care. She and the staff are always there if we have questions. After the exam she explains her findings so we can understand. Does NOT push new lenses or procedures. Looking forward to a new chapter with her new colleague.

Dr. Eakin and Dr. Edwards are amazing! For years I saw Dr. Edwards before Dr. Eakin arrived. Now Dr. Eakin see's me and my kids. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Last memorial day my son ended up with pink eye. I made the mistake of going to urgent care instead of Dr. Eakin. My son ended up with an allergic reaction to the eye drops urgent care prescribed. My first call was to Dr. Eakin. She so graciously took my call on a holiday. We picked up the medication we needed and he was much better. They have such high tech equipment for screening. Hands down the best eye doctors around!! The office staff is friendly, helpful and happy! They have a wonderful play area for kids who are tagging along for their parents eye appt, and do an equally amazing job with kiddos that are the patient. We have nothing but great things to say about this office and these doctors! Seriously, if you need an eye doctor, go check them out!
