HMC Builders has served as a general contractor of the construction business in Clemson/Seneca SC for the better part of 20 years. We offer full service commercial construction, as well as gutters, aluminum handrails, energy efficiency up fits, and residential and commercial remodeling. HMC offers a range of commercial building services, specializing in store build-outs, breweries, restaurants and more. We start by working with architects and engineers on the planning process. From the initial onsite meeting through the final phases of the project, we estimate a budget and get it all packaged and submitted to you.

HMC helped me with diagnosing a problem with my gutters. They replaced the bad section, matching my existing gutters perfectly. They also serviced all my gutters. Had a heavy rain since and all issues were resolved. They were prompt and provided great service.

I've hired a few contractors in the past, and regretted every one of them... The thing I admire most about HMC Builders is that they keep their word. That is so rare in their industry that when a contractor keeps his word no matter what it cost him, that stands out like a lighthouse in a storm. They will be doing my next job!

These guys showed up early every day, often had higher quality control standards than I did (even for my own house), and once they were done I actually missed having them around. They redid the exterior of my old house in cedar shingle and did a great job. All my neighbors are trying to hire them now. Jim and Steve are my heroes.
