This was my first time at the Studio. Sarah was very nice, polite, and helpful. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Amy was friendly, open to any questions you have, and knowledgeable. Purchased an $800 package here last year, well late 2019 for LHR. I believe that was to include 8 sessions. I got 5 sessions before covid shut things down and my last appointment had to be canceled last March. Well at some point they opened back up for appointments I’m assuming but they never did contact clients who had appointments canceled due to covid or sent any communication as to when they would be opening back up. But also I noticed that 2-3 months after my last treatment all my hair came back in just as thick as before. This was after 5 treatments so now I think it’s pointless to even

That alone should've been enough to let me know what a bad situation I was getting myself into!Once inside, the stink of patchouli and incense smacked me in the face and was enough to give me a migraine.
The Office Manager has an alarming amount of Botox in her face where it literally doesn't move and she slurs her words when she talks because of this. Seriously, she would scare a small child!

You don't always get what you pay for. Being that Re.You Studio is one of the most expensive in town for laser hair removal, I thought I would receive professionalism and good customer service. I waited until finishing my package before writing a full review.
While my hair growth has reduced, I am disappointed by their customer service and bedside manner. I would typically see Amy when I could get in to see her (Amy is fantastic and very considerate, I always looked forward to seeing her when I could get in with her) but I had a very disappointing experience with another technician.

Ammy, my laser hair removal specialist, is the best person at Re.you studio . She made sure that I am comfortable during all my visits and that all my areas are done perfectly. She made me feel like a part of her family, definitely have made a good friend. Would definitely suggest to anyone out there looking to get their laser treatment done in a reasonable price and in a very fun and friendly environment.

I’m so pleased with my experience at Re You Studio! The pricing was great and I really feel like I got the “most bang for my buck” here. There were other laser hair removal studios much closer to my home but the service at Re You made it worth it to make the longer trip, let alone the price. Amy is incredible. She’s so knowledgeable and friendly. I’m sad I’m not going to get to see her every few weeks! I highly recommend Re You Studio!

I had initially thought I found a hidden gem in Cincinnati.
I was so impressed that I purchased a laser hair removal package and discussed starting other treatments once that was completed.
The office space is clean and beautiful, staff is friendly, with zero to minimal wait time.
Prior to my fifth treatment, I was surprised to find myself with a 30 min wait (treatment takes less than 5 min in total) - which prompted my missing the appointment bc of it.
I also realized that the areas of focus on my face were not symmetrical.

I went to Re. You Studio to get a small (quarter sized) tattoo on the back of my neck removed before my wedding. I was quoted that it would probably take 6-8 sessions to fully remove. I went every 6-8 weeks and the tattoo was still there for my wedding. I continued going for another year and still, the tattoo is there. It hasn't even noticeably changed. About a year and a half in to my treatments, they made a comment about how they fixed their machine... by that time I had already spent a lot of time and money trying to get the tattoo removed and they wanted me to continue paying. Tattoo removal uses older laser technology that will not remove all tattoos entirely. Went here for 4 years trying to remove one of mine. After 20+ sessions it was not gone and was doing damage to my skin. They did not warn me of possible skin damage. The positive aspect of the experience is they did comp me for all the extended treatments so they didn't break my wallet. Nice enough staff here but for tattoo removal look for places that use PicoWay laser technology and thank me later.

I was very impressed with Re.You. They were warm and welcoming and not at all pretentious. I went in for a laser tattoo removal consultation and ended up getting my first treatment then and there! A week later I am already impressed with the results, and can't wait for my next treatment. I should also mention that the treatments were only a fraction of the price I had paid in the past. This place is exceptional and I cannot recommend them more highly!
