They are not very responsive and do not return calls in a timely fashion. The technician took a look at our washer and told us one thing while the lady at the office told us something very different. When we tried to get a clarification and a better understanding of the problem they were very curt and nonresponsive. Finally we landed going to another appliance repair place. We would not recommend this place.

Do not work with these people! 101 Repair was the second company sent to my home by Fidelity National Home Warranty to fix an ongoing problem with my dishwasher. As you can see from the pictures, the wash cycle does not dispense the soap at the right time so my dishes are coated with soap. Sam from 101 replaces a washer arm after checking the temperature of the water and the pressure. Same problem continued. Fidelity sent them out again, and today the workman told me that GE needed to come out because he could not fix it. I said that I did not want a THIRD business to come out, it was time

We called 101 Repair because our garage refrigerator was not cooling. The freezer worked fine, but something with the fan was preventing the fridge part from working properly. The owner, Sargon, called us about 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was coming, which we appreciated because it's always nice to have a heads up. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and let us know the motor wasn't working. He replaced the motor and when he was close to finishing, we remembered that the refrigerator light bulb wouldn't light up either... It had to do with some mechanical
