Charlie, his family, and staff are wonderful people to do business with for auto glass. He took me right in to fix my vent window on my truck since we have been experiencing heavy rain. Thank you Mr. Charlie and Patrick! Great Legacy you have created over 30 years in business. After getting the runaround from the Infiniti Dealer Service Department for three days, Charlie and his team had the window done overnight.
I can't imagine they had this unique window on hand, but it looks like a factory replacement and at a perfectly reasonable cost. All along the way, Charlie was very responsive to phone calls and a general pleasure to talk to.

I went in person 5 days ago to get a price to replace my front windshield . They lady at the front desk took my phone number down and said she would call me in 30 minutes with a price . She called 3 hours later to ask more information and said she would callback shortly with a price . Never received a call back. It’s unfortunate because I really prefer to support small local businesses . Maybe they are too busy or just not very organized 🤷‍♂️. I will need to go elsewhere . I will not give a 1 star because I did not purchase anything from them but hope this improves their service .

Driving down 520 from. Charleston to Atlanta my driver’s side window popped and shattered. I was traveling with my children and not from the area, they were quick to help, found a replacement glass that evening and had it installed the next morning, letting us leave our car in their shop overnight so it didn’t get wet. They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Every other business we called told us

My friend took her car there to have windshield repaired.
While one of the EMPLOYEES was driving it, he was involved in an accident ON THE SHOP PROPERTY with another vehicle and the shop is REFUSING to fix her damages. So she has to pay for her own rental and her $1000 insurance deductable.

Something happened to the rear most driver side window of our JX35 (QX60). I can't imagine they had this unique window on hand, but it looks like a factory replacement and at a perfectly reasonable cost. We have only had the car back for a couple days and can't speak to the longevity of the replacement, but rest assured if it doesn't hold up, I will update the review
