Docucopies is quite simply amazing. They are always incredibly fast really accurate, and produce amazing copies for us. We do large quantities of spiral bound books and they always look incredible. I needed last minute print outs for a conference I was attending for work and was quoted $400-$600 at other larger local companies. Did a quick google search and found DocuCopies who saved the day! Our small nonprofit (LACAFoundation.Org) has a 4-page quarterly newsletter for about 600 regular donors. DOCUcopies.com has great products, non-profit pricing, and service. Their website is easy to navigate and their turnaround for us is typically about 5 business days. Tip: If you send it on a Friday night through Sunday, it won't be seen until Monday so you still have the weekend to review your work (my experience). I needed 125 copies of a one page color document printed for an event. My local print shops were outrageous so I searched for cheap color copies online and was intrigued with DocuCopies "claim" that color copies were only 5 cents a copy. While they are cheaper, even with shipping, than local print companies, they don't tell you until you start to order that they charge you a set up fee. The 5 cents a color copy shot up to 27 cents a copy when the setup fee was added. There are other online printers who do not charge a set up fee. This fee should have been stated up front. For the last two years, I have ordered through the DocuCopies website and had a wonderful experience. My review will mainly be about this year's experience.
You really can't beat the costs. Plus, they send out coupons all the time. They even allowed me to apply a coupon on the day it expired, pay for the order, but wait to upload until a few days later once the document was final! This saved the organization a good amount of change.

I ordered through their website and had a great experience. Their customer service is great! I had submitted a design that lacked embed-able fonts and they brought this to my attention right away. They also discovered that I had the new font overlapping the old font on a page i had missed. Mind you, i changed the fonts on 28 pages. I missed one page and they found it after the first test print, was notified of the urgent issue and once i correct the issue everything still shipped on time thanks to their timely correspondence with me via email.

Using an online printing service is a little scary since you're not quite sure what quality of product you will receive. You can trust you will be in good hands with DocuCopies. I found their information on a google search for "cheap color copies". I uploaded my document and the company contacted me via email about some problems. I had failed to check full bleed and the document was set up to be a full bleed. They took the time to make sure my copies were exactly what I wanted. As you can see, I don't make too many reviews. This is my second one since starting this account over a year ago. The only reason I even started an account is because I was so furious at the service I got. So, it's only fair that I do a review for a company who is so completely awesome! I make little art magazines, not a big thing, just 50 or so copies. I use a Xerox laser printer, but the ink is so expensive, even the off label kind, and the stapling, and so on, that it is just so much more effective to have them done at Docucopies. I had a job of 430 booklets to be printed. I'll admit that I was a little worried about sending off a huge job to be printed to an (unknown to me) internet based company without any real knowledge that it would come out great. I shouldn't have worried!
Any questions were answered within 24 hours by email and once submitted, the job was on my doorstep well within a week (including a weekend). Docucopies went beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend them. The print quality was great and the price was amazing!

These guys are GREAT! Fast, friendly & efficient service, that's all one can ask! I found them on the internet and discovered they had been in business since 1988; figuring if they can stay in business that long, they must not be all bad - I called and ordered a sample packet - the sales rep. was just that - fast, friendly & efficient - answered all my questions, sent me a sample of the paper products and explained a little about the process.
