Southern Wellness Services is a Level 1 certified outpatient counseling center for substance abuse and behavioral health issues. Our mission is to provide the highest quality treatment to substance abuse and behavioral health individuals delivering with passion, integrity, and spirit. Through our programs, individuals receive the tools to overcome their drug dependencies and learn to manage co-occurring disorders.
We accomplish our mission through our philosophy that addiction and co-occurring disorders are treatable. We provide in-person or virtual counseling services. Southern Wellness Services, Inc., SoWell for short, is an outpatient counseling program specializing in substance abuse. We are certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health and offer specialized care for adults, adolescents, women with children or pregnant women, and individuals with families during difficult times.

This place is terrible. We brought my son because of his addiction came here with lots of hope for my child to get help. They cant provide service he needs. We have been coming here a month. Well we have had three appts in a month. And several appts where the counselor was not able to see him or not here. In a month 3 appts. We are here for this… one scheduled at 3 at the last missed by them and they tell us the counselor thought it was 4 so we r having to wait til 4 He has came out 4 times and gotten receipt to make sure we paid which we have we pay every time we come. But he is still making
