When I started coverage with state farm recently Jalen helped me get my renters insurance set up. He made sure to get as many discounts as possible put in and he informed me on all of the other policies state farm offers.He also made the whole process incredibly easy, never seemed pushy, and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I've done some shopping around for rates and state farm has the best rates of anyone I've found.

My husband and I have had a great ongoing experience with Cooper and Matt at his agency. We started with our immediate needs, car insurance then set up life policies, which can act like a long term savings acct and I've financed 2 cars through State Farm. Their car loans were extremely easy, done right in their office with a more trusting personalized feel than a car dealership that's just trying to push cars through the doors. The gentleman was extremely helpful, cutting the cost of what we would pay for our insurance without losing coverage. He also updated coverage on items in our household that previously we hadn't realized needed coverage. We had little to no idea of their value now or in the future. Many thanks for the foresight!
