I had several windows replaced after Hurricane MICHAEL, even though my house is only 15 years old, they were unable to find some of the replacement parts needed to hold the windows up. They tried several pieces parts, none of which worked, they made multiple trips to my home. When I went to their office to pay my final bill. The lady came out of… her office and after some figuring took $275 OFF my bill, apologized for all the problems. When I told her my son's had found some parts on the internet and were going to try them, she said, "if they run into any problems, call and I'll send one

Glass Ventures installed new glass windows at my parents' home. They offered terrific suggestions for the new glass layout and suggested a great contractor to do the framing needed to hold these huge pieces of hurricane resistance glass. Overall they did an excellent job and were wonderful to work with on this project.
