Jennifer Thaete, is a certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She practices primarily in the area of Estate Planning, including the creation of Trust and Will based Estate Plans. Additionally, she assists clients in the areas of Probate, Trust Administration, and other matters related to post death administration and the probate court.
In our office we have a fairly well defined process for helping clients create their estate plan. We constantly review this process & our systems to improve the experience for our clients and to insure that we are delivering state of the art legal assistance. She will go over the big picture of our process on the phone.

I have worked with Jennifer Thaete for approximately 15 years and I have used her office for professional legal services. She is super bright, articulate, and focused. She quickly identifies what's important to a client and what isn't. She communicates with clients extremely well and is always a pleasure to work with. I've known Jennifer for many years, and attended a couple of her workshops. She also has spoken at our church on estate planning and trusts and wills. She's well known in the community, very caring, and makes sure her clients are properly taken care of. She really knows her stuff, and is the only attorney that I refer people to when they need her types of services.
